Two planets — one teal and cratered, one pink — glow behind the pack in deep space, ringed by swirling pink and teal cotton-candy nebula and floating spheres. Small silhouetted palm trees sit on the drifting cloud islands, which is the detail that gives the whole thing away as Californian. GALACTIC GAS runs across the bottom in chrome purple-and-teal bubble letters, dripping.

Where the name comes from

Presidential's whole vocabulary is lunar.

Moon Rocks. Moon Rock Blunts, Moon Rock Prerolls, Moon Rock Mini Blunts. The crescent moon that carries the unit number on every single pack in the catalogue. The full moon that appears behind the artwork on King Louis, NYC Diesel, Ghost Train Haze, Rainbow Belts and the self-titled flagship. The company has been building that language since Los Angeles, 2012, and it is the reason the brand is called what it is called.

Galactic Gas is the pack that goes furthest out. Most of the line puts a moon behind the product. This one leaves the moon behind entirely and goes to open space — and then puts palm trees on the clouds, because the company never actually leaves Los Angeles.
