A place name that means something now

New York is one of Presidential's markets. That was not true when the brand started in Los Angeles, and it is not incidental to this pack — a strain named for a city, sold in that city, through licensed retailers there.

Presidential is currently active across select state markets, and the geography shows up across the catalogue. Nature's Chemistry, the partner on Garlic Cookies and Ghost Train Haze, prints LAS VEGAS, NEVADA on the pack. Trendi, the partner on Cap Junky, its gassy Gold collaboration, and Orange Push Pop, is powered by Planet 13. Iced Lemon, Guava Haze and Tropicana Cookies carry Michigan regulatory markings. The line is not made in one place and shipped everywhere.

NYC Diesel takes its name from a city, and its aroma leans fuel-forward rather than sweet. Shoppers who like names tied to a place can compare it with SFV OG, the Los Angeles valley jar, which carries a regional name of its own.
